WashBox Ltd is a company located in the midlands manufacturing low voltage washing machines for the leisure industry. It employs 71 people and is about to bring new products to market.

However, the company only exists on  a computer screen! Over a 1 hour period users are asked to come up with their plans for moving the company forward. This simulation assess a wide range of competencies, but outcomes can be tailored to any organisation's needs. This material has been used extensively by large UK organisations, as it is one of the few realistic simulations available, covering all apects of a company.

A 2 hour PC version mapped to the MSC competncy set and a paper based version are also available.
