Business Awareness and Advanced Professional Study Certificate
This is a transitional and bridging qualification that is primarily for candidates who are planning to go on to study at Masters degree level, typically in the social sciences or management/business.

Introductory Certificate in Management
Successful completion of this practical work related course will enhance your career prospects, improve your potential performance as a junior manager and will provide entry to study at First Line Management Level 3 or possibly Management and Leadership Level 5

Certificate in Personnel Practice
The course is aimed at people working or planning to work in an HR environment as a HR/Personnel Officer, HR Administrator, Personnel Assistant or even HR Manager of a small organisation.

Customer Service NVQ 2
It is a National Vocational Qualification in Customer Service. In order to gain a Certificate at Level 2 you have to prove you can perform the competencies to a nationally recognised standard.

New Start - Administration and Computing Stage 1
The course is open to anyone with a willingness to learn, no entry qualifications are required. Students enrol to develop new skills, or update existing skills, in order to seek employment or move on to further study.
