Part 1 - Knowledge based training and assessment

- Fire safety

- Dealing with incidents and emergencies
- The Law (civil and criminal)
- Procedures for the control of keys and equipment
- Assignment instructions
- Reporting
This above listed modules are typical of the static & patrol training, however the retail BJT program is slightly different to allow for specific retail duties and problems.
Part 2 - Conflict Management & Communication Skills
Practical scenario based training and assessment
