Delivered over 1 or 2 days, we can tailor a course that meets your needs and specific industry from the Maybo core package. The course is designed as a scenario based course and is very "hands-on". Scenarios will take up 50-75% of the training and will involve play role acting in heated situations. Naturally, we try to make the scenarios as realistic as possible and strong language and verbal abuse is part of this which is something you should be aware of at the time of the course.
This course is well suited to anyone that deals with people on a day-to-day basis such as sales representatives, managers and pub staff etc.
Secssol Training have devised a course in light of the new legislation regarding construction waste management, or namely “Site Waste Management Plans” (SWMP).
The course covers briefly the requirements of the Site Waste Management Plans and what you (as construction companies) should consider.
The time has arrived to introduce these measures and systems into your normal daily working practices. Necessary measures are that you should now be finding suitable training for your site managers and those responsible for managing the sites waste handling.
Secssol Training are able to provide training in Site Waste Management Plans on site. Being delivered in a half-day session for anything up to 24 candidates on site.
The aim of the course is to impart knowledge onto the candidates in order to bring their legislative knowledge up to date and offer a basic understanding of how to implement a simple SWMP without making it over-complicated.
Our trainers have years of experience in delivering courses ranging from 1 hour sessions to small audiences to delivering 4-day intensive training courses to audiences in excess of 30 candidates.
Minimum bookings are for 3 candidates, however dates are flexible.

Knowledge and practical based training and assessment (30 hours)
We are able to offer (subject to time restraints) through our fully qualified NVQ Assessor, a bespoke mentoring service and countersigning service which will assist your A1 candidates to achieve their A1 qualification in Security.
Having a close link with a college within Central England area, we are able to provide countersigning of A1 Candidates assessments, and a mentoring & guidance service.
Countersigning
Each A1 candidate must have a countersignature for each assessment they carry out with one of their candidates.
A counter signer can be difficult to find if your company only has one A1 candidate being processed through the qualification.
We can offer this service at competitive cost on a monthly basis where one pre arranged visit will bring all candidates assessments up to date.
Without correct countersignatures present on all assessments carried out by your A1 candidate this may result in his/her portfolio being rejected at the verifying stage and can delay his/her qualification being awarded.
Mentoring & Guidance
Mentoring of the A1 candidate is an essential element for successful completion and qualification.
We are able to offer candidate mentoring and guidance to ease the process and understanding of the NVQ qualification.
We are able to arrange Standardisation Meetings at a centrally located college which are critical to complete the A1 portfolio in order to qualify.
This advice and consultancy service is available on a monthly retention basis where prices are available on request.

SIA -ACS
Approved contractors are demonstrably committed to customer service and the compulsory licensing of their staff. This means their customers can rest assured that every private security operative deployed on their premises will be working within the law (unless the SIA have withdrawn the company's authority to deploy staff whose licence applications are pending, which can be checked via the public Register of Approved Contractors).
We are able to work with you to gain the evidence and ensure systems are in place to prepare your company for the ACS audit. Having success in achieving this accreditation for previous clients, the amount of work required is purely dependent on the systems already in place and the audit trail available.

Again, we are able to work with you to put systems in place and begin creating audit trails to improve the efficiency of your business and to hold the coveted ISO Quality Mark.
