Computer training and Internet training for blind, deaf and disabled people at home
By UCanDoIT  | Computer Training | Greater London
U Can Do I.T. provides I.T. training for blind, deaf and physically disabled people in their own homes on their own computers.

The computer is a miracle for disabled people. It opens the door to independence and opportunity. On a computer everyone is equal.

"Our Mission is to help every disabled person who could benefit from a computer and computer training get what they need."

Since the charity started, we have given training to more than 2,000 people and completed more than 22,000 individual tutorials.  This is a substantial achievement but it comes nowhere near reaching our estimate of 150,000 disabled people in the United Kingdom who could greatly benefit from the work being done by U Can Do I.T.

We provide a unique service.  The U Can Do I.T. freelance tutors visit students in their own homes and teach them to use their own computers.  It is much easier and much cheaper for an able bodied person to reach the home of a disabled person than it is for that disabled person to travel by special transport into a college or day centre.  They may also need special expensive software or assistive devices.
