Bubble Limited
During the first half of 2004 the paths of a group of people crossed for the first time. Since then strong bonds of friendship and shared values have been formed around a common purpose, which involves a passion for developing individuals and through them their organisations.

Our purpose then is to help others find meaning in who they are becoming and in so doing, find new meaning for ourselves.

Bubble consultants are specialists in transformational change. Using a range of development tools, our consultants help transform individuals, and through them organisations. Our approach is to facilitate the development of meaningful conversation.

At bubble, our collective experiences as leaders, managers and coaches have proven to us time and again that development at the individual level creates the conditions where this discretionary effort is offered and creativity and innovation unleashed.

Context and Culture lead to Customisation
Tailoring a solution is dependent on understanding your organisation context and culture.  Important in the context are the objectives the organisation wishes to achieve through partnering with bubble.

Our preferred approach to gathering contextual and cultural data is to spend time in conversation with the leaders, managers and team members of the business. Through these conversations we build a picture of the various environmental factors impacting your organisation and the subtleties unique to your culture, neither of which are necessarily evident in the results of employee surveys.

Next came the Bubble concept. Understanding that meaningful conversation lay at the heart of transformational change, we hit upon the idea of a speech bubble. This then evolved into a more generic bubble representing the need for individuals and organisations to create space for meaningful conversations.
