Training and Consultancy

Our training and consultancy activities have been carried out at all levels in all sizes of organisations in diverse industry sectors.

Our training focuses on in-house events, and the vast majority of our business is repeat business.

IT Service Management Training
We offer accredited training - ISEB for ITIL, and itSMF for ISO/IEC 20000 - and can also arrange bespoke training, focusing on your specific requirements and type of organisation. These courses can be based on ITIL or ISO/IEC 20000 and aimed at any level from senior management overview, service desk staff or technical staff - or indeed a mix.

IT Service Management Consultancy
We have been instrumental in helping many organisations realise significant improvements in their operating effectiveness and have assisted several well known organisations in their drive towards achieving certification for BS 15000 and ISO/IEC 20000. Our consultancy is tailored to suit your specific requirements.

ISEB and itSMF Accreditation
Bishops Beech is accredited by ISEB to deliver ITIL training. We are also accredited by itSMF to carry out training in ISO/IEC 20000.

ISO/IEC 20000 and ITIL
ITIL represents the best practices to be adopted by an organisation seeking to operate its IT services in the most effective and efficient way.
However, organisations cannot realistically be assessed against ITIL best practice, at least not in a meaningful and consistent way since ITIL gives advice, is not prescriptive and very open to interpretation.

Our training and consultancy activities have been carried out in all sizes of organisations from the largest global businesses to SMEs, operating in diverse industry sectors including local government, finance, aircraft, logistics, brewing, quality assurance bodies, telecoms utilities etc.
