Belbin Associates is a company based just outside Cambridge in the UK. It is a partnership and has been established since 1988. Its current partners are Meredith Belbin, Nigel Belbin and David Bainbridge.

We have an excellent team of Cambridge based staff who implement the Belbin team philosophy with a friendly service and a care for each customer. We also have a wealth of overseas distributors who carry the same message to different corners of the world and in different languages.

Team Role Accreditation Course

A certified interactive two-day course designed for professionals who are looking to understand and implement Belbin Team Role theory within the workplace. Although not mandatory, we really do recommend this course to anyone who wants to use Belbin team roles in training/consultancy.
