Beacons Consultants are training consultants who specialise in management training, team building and 360 feedback. We have offices in Bristol (covering the Midlands, the West of England and Wales) and Berkshire (covering London and the South East).

Founded in 1987, we work with managers and staff at all levels in organisations, across all types of industry and business, and with a significant number of private sector and public sector clients.

Management Training
Beacons Consultants have designed and run management training and management development programmes (MDPs for short) over a 20 year period, in organisations from coal mining to bread making and right across the public sector.

Leadership in Action
Leadership in Action is a practical, workshop-style course with an outdoor element. It is ideal for practicing managers and potential managers who wish to develop their leadership skills and improve their understanding of their own skills and potential, in a different and rewarding environment.

Corporate Team Building
We at Beacons have designed and run corporate team building programmes over a 20 year period and in over 200 organisations in both the private and public sectors.

360 Feedback
360 feedback, also known as 360 appraisal or 360 review, is an excellent way of improving communication and performance management within organisations.
