Serco Interim Management, part of Serco Consulting, has acquired Alexander Hughes Interim Management as part of Serco’s growth of Interim Management into the public sector.

This acquisition enables public/private sectors to procure Interim Managers through Lot 1 of the OGCbuying.Solution/Catalist Interim Management Framework – Board/Executive Committee level across all market sectors.

Serco Interim Management has been in operation since 2004, successfully placing Interim Managers with a variety of external and internal Serco customers. Our aim is to work closely with colleagues to determine ‘how can we provide the best solution to our customer’.

We provide Interim Managers to both the public and private sectors for a number of interim assignments now including: M&A, Change, Executive Support, PPP, PFI, strategy planning and for specialist knowledge or experience.
