Founded in 1994, the WPM Group has provided Professional Services in the form of project and bid management to both blue chip companies and public sector organisations. During that time we have trained and advised organisations of all sizes and types about how best to implement project management in their environment. We are an accredited PRINCE2 training organisation with a strong consultancy arm.

PRINCE2 Public Courses
PRINCE2 Foundation course summary: The project management accreditation for all staff working on any type of project, especially those team leaders, project assurance and project support staff responsible for managing or supporting projects using PRINCE2. 3-day course. No previous experience of PRINCE2 is necessary.
PRINCE2 Practitioner course summary: For practising project managers who are responsible for managing projects using PRINCE2, or considering using PRINCE2 for their next project. The course provides comprehensive training in the process-driven project management PRINCE2 method (Components, Processes and Techniques) and includes additional elements such as planning and risk assessment techniques. 5-day course. No previous experience of PRINCE2 is necessary.
PRINCE2 Conversion course summary: For project managers who have attained PRINCE2 Foundation accreditation status and now wish to acquire the PRINCE2 Practitioner's certificate. 3-day course. Delegates must have passed the PRINCE2 Foundation exam in order to attend this course.
