Our consultants ensured that all the infrastructure of contracts, handbooks and policies was in place, and then moved on to advise on internal communication, personal development for the management team, and organisational effectiveness. On the way through, we assisted in tackling some of the inevitable problems that arise where organisations are changing rapidly

After guiding the Company through the selection process, solutions were chosen from the recommended shortlists. We were then engaged to programme manage the implementation, from data cleansing, installation of the software, testing and acceptance.
