Family  Constellations Workshops in London

Family Constellations are a way of discovering underlying family loyalties, that have been carried unconsciously over generations and effect our day to day life.

 In each workshop we have the opportunity to look face to face at events in our life just as they happened at each participant ' s pace. The real family history comes to light, free of interpretations and judgements. 

Family Constellation can be helpful for those struggling with:

•      Relationship issues
•  emotional issues such as anxiety, depression
•    Unresolved childhood pain ,  trauma , loss
•    Painful life issues that are resistant to change, such as divorce and bankruptcy
•           Persistent physical health problems

COSTS: Issue holder: - setting up your own Family Constellation  £150 
     Representative (active participant in constellations ): £50.

We work in small groups. Places are limited to 5 issue holders and 7 representatives, and booking is essential. Participants will be able to work through their own issues in safe and supportive environment
