We offer management training to international standards for the private and public sectors. We are a well-established provider, the training arm of Kent County Council, offering a variety of courses ranging from level three CMI-accredited diplomas to programmes for potential chief executives.
Kent Learning and Development has access to a pool of 130 CMI-accredited trainers through its unique Coaching and Mentoring Network which offers members training on a reciprocal coaching basis. It also calls on a wide-range of high-profile speakers for its top-level managers’ course: Executive Leadership 2030 – called that because good leaders should be planning for what may happen in 20 years. This course is the only one of its kind in the UK and includes an exacting crisis management exercise.
