I specialise in the development and implementation of e-learning, distance or distributed learning products, providing Instructional Design, Assessment Design and Analysis, Logical Framework Analysis (Project or Programme Frameworks), Research and Evaluation services to help deliver quality solutions that provide sustainable learning and skills development.
Having experienced significant variation in e-learning and learning management between education and private enterprise, I develop convergent models of e-learning that aim to bring both ends of this spectrum together to deliver solutions that are based on well established cognitive and affective learning theory and exploit a variety of learning technology innovations.
