CCA - Customer Contact Association is governed by a Board of Directors, with specific knowledge and experience to assist CCA objectives of improving professionalism in contact centres. 

CCA activity is governed by a 3 year strategy period which is initiated by the Board and communicated around all interested parties who have an input to CCA activities.

With over 800 corporate members this represents over 3,500 senior practitioners, employing between 20%-30% of the total contact centre population within the UK market.

Around 10% of people employed in UK contact centres are working in a CCA Accredited centre.
