Vue Recruitment & Training Launches Dedicated Management Programme

In response to customer demand, Kent-based VUE Recruitment & Training has launched a unique senior management programme, entitled ‘Leading for Tomorrow’.

The course has been designed solely by VUE and is targeted at senior managers, directors and business leaders who need to learn more about themselves as leaders; update on current management techniques; develop strategy for the business and define where they are heading.

The programme, which runs over the course of a year, allows delegates to select four half-day workshops from a menu of master classes, in addition to five core two-day workshops.

The workshops focus on a range of leadership topics, including delegation and empowerment, professional development and change management. One to one coaching is offered and delegates also complete a team project.
